Jacket potato, baked beans, margarine, salad.
Cherry full-fat yoghurt.

Tea
Savoury minced lamb, mashed potato, garden peas.
Plum crumble and custard.

Supper
Weetabix x 2.

…& the usual pint of semi-skimmed milk.
