DAY #26; FULL PORTIONS… HELP

Breakfast
Weetabix x 2.

Morning snack
Wholemeal x 2, butter.

Lunch
Breaded haddock, mashed potato, mushy peas.
Strawberry sundae.

Tea
Tuna mayo sandwiches (wholemeal), 5-bean salad, side salad.
Cherry full-fat yoghurt.

Supper
‘Nutri-Grain- raisin bake bar.

…& the usual PINT of milk.
Aaaaaggggghhhh – help!
Hours staring at my meal-plan yesterday + hours staring at it today and trying, trying, TRYING to come up with the best plan for including challenges…  but not too many that it feels like I want to throw the towel in. STILL not finished it and it’s only a week’s worth of meals/snacks. So sorry guys, haven’t had time to type out thoughts today. It’s going to be a late night, but hopefully it’s going to pay off if I feel like I’m going to be moving forward. Moving forward and feeling shit in the process…. but STILL moving forward.
