DAY #53 FULL PORTIONS; 0.6kg More Womanly…

Breakfast
Rice Krispies.
White toast x2, butter.

Lunch
Egg mayo sandwich (wholemeal), 5-bean salad, side salad.
Cherry full-fat yoghurt.

Afternoon snack
‘Seabrooks’ crisps.

Tea Beef lasagne, garlic bread, side salad.
Cherry pie and custard.

Supper
Weetabix x 2.

…& the usual PINT of semi-skimmed milk.

The title sums up the main event of the day! Weigh-in. If you’ve seen my Instagram, you’ll know the update on that front anyway…

So a good few weeks ago now, I began the craft project around all the things the GENUINE part of me believes makes up a ‘real woman’. To create myself that visual reminder of what I’m aiming for, to shape the person that will take a LOT of work but I believe will bring a lot of fulfilment… the best way of being true to myself in the womanly body I was born in… the project a reminder when Anorexia takes me back to feeling like a child again and the voices of shame tell me to GIVE UP pushing my body forward. That staying in a safe cocoon of a child is the only way to cope with the uncertainty of life…

…well after spotting the chance that my thoughts may worm their way in this morning, and as I’ve felt extra curious of my changing body today, been more aware of the tightness in my clothes, I decided it was time to crack on.

So now it’s finished, up on the wall and here it is:
