Blackcurrant frangipane and custard.
Afternoon snack
‘Nutri-Grain’ bar.
Tea
Meatballs in tomato sauce, boiled potatoes, sliced carrots.
Cherry full-fat yoghurt.
Supper
Sultanas and raisins.
…& the usual PINT of semi-skimmed milk.
The title felt appropriate to describe my hairstyle in the video I’m about to share!
So I picked my balls up off the floor and gave this filming a bash… I wanted to start identifying little things through recovery that will give me moments of happiness and inspiration, that distract from the urge to turn to food/my body for control. And being able to ACCEPT those things… and appreciate them that little bit more.
Prepare for a bit of a cinge-fest! Zoella won’t be falling off her pedestal any time soon, haha! Hope you’ve all had a great weekend…
